Yes, all units come with built-in window coverings.
Is parking available?
Yes - secured, underground parking is available at The Marlstone for an additional fee. For more information, please speak to your Leasing Agent.
What utilities are included?
At The Marlstone, heat, water, electricity (hydro), and internet, are not included and are billed separately. This gives you the flexibility to choose your preferred providers and plans.
What do I need to reserve a unit?
You will need to provide a completed application which includes personal and financial references, proof of income, photo ID, and damage deposit. A list of instructions and requirements will be provided upon booking an appointment.
Are BBQ's available in the building?
Yes, shared BBQ's will be available on the outdoor terrace for use while weather permits.
Is the building smoke-free?
Yes, the building is smoke-free.
Is The Marlstone pet-friendly?
Absolutely! The Marlstone is a pet-friendly community. All suites welcome pets, and we offer an on-site outdoor dog run so your four-legged friends have a convenient place to play and unwind at the end of the day.
