Construction Progress at The Marlstone

Construction at The Marlstone is progressing exceptionally well, and we are thrilled with the momentum on site as we move closer to welcoming our first residents in Spring 2026.

Significant strides have been made throughout the building, with exciting developments underway in our thoughtfully designed amenity spaces. The lobby is beginning to take shape, setting the tone for a warm and elevated arrival experience. The party room is well underway and will soon offer a beautifully finished space for hosting friends and neighbours. Work continues on the outdoor terraces, which will provide inviting areas to relax and unwind, while the dedicated dog run is coming together to ensure even our four-legged residents feel right at home.

Each milestone brings us one step closer to opening our doors. We look forward to sharing more updates as progress continues and can’t wait to welcome residents to Marlstone in Spring 2026.
